Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Your appointments are very important to us! 24-hour notice is required if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card is needed to reserve all bookings.

In the event of less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your original booked service fee; in the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of your original booked service.

 

Any last minute cancellations who would like to re-book must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% and no shows must pay in full before booking a future service.

Q: What if I am late to my appointment?

A: Your appointments are very important to us! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $25 late fee will be applied and your stylist may not be able to perform the original service booked. You may still be charged for your original service booked even if your stylist cannot perform the full service due to your lateness.
